Mr. Karim KIARED has over 20 years of experience in strategy and digital transformation. He served as the Managing Director of the Algerian School of Business (ESAA), Algeria’s leading business school. Karim began his professional career in teaching and research in Algeria before moving to France, where he worked as a business consultant in the technology, banking, telecom, and software publishing sectors. Upon returning to Algeria, Karim launched a consultancy agency to assist Algerian business leaders with their transformation strategies. From 2019 to 2024, he was appointed Managing Director of ESAA, a large-scale higher education cooperation project between the Algerian and French governments. His role was to lead the transformation of the business school and strengthen its leadership position in the country and across Africa. An advocate of a transversal and multidisciplinary approach, he combines best practices based on international experience with local know-how. Mr. Kiared holds a master’s degree in Knowledge Management from the University of Troyes (France), an engineering degree from USTHB (Algeria), and an Executive MBA from ESAA. Additionally, he is the founder and chairperson of Ouledna, an association supporting education for underprivileged youth in Algeria.
